Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If your item is in stock, I prepare your order as quick as possible. It will normally be dispatched the next day and you will have only a limited window to amend or cancel your order. If you manage to do it during this time, it will be done, and I will confirm it to you. If not, you have to wait until parcel arrives at the selected destination, arranged a return or exchange.
Can I Change or Cancel a Gift Card?
Gift cards orders are not refundable. Once you purchase it you can't cancelled it.
If you need to add extra amount, you will need to purchase another one. In the event of buying a physical Gift Card and you want to add an extra cost, it can be added to same card ONLY if you purchase on the same day between two hours away from the first purchase.
Can I Get a refund on Gift Cards?
It is not currently possible to provide a refund for products purchased with a gift card. You can exchange products except from earrings.
