Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings unless they arrive damaged. If this occurs, please send immediate proof (a photo). For items purchased as part of a promotional offer, please be aware that there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.
