We are not happy unless you are. You have 14 days to request a return. Please note, for reasons of hygiene we can not refund or exchange earrings unless faulty, so please check your order as soon as it arrives and send us a photo.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund this will be for the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.
